i have officially fallen in love with crescenza cheese.  it's good.  (imagine a runny brie married to a really good mozzarella....it's THAT good.)

french onion soup

i have finally perfected making french onion soup.  finally.  

and it's a heavenly gruyere mess.  what more could you ask for???  i can now pat myself on the back.  *pat, pat......pat*
